Venlo geometry · PE covering
AeroVenlo combines a high-quality steel Venlo structure with a single high-grade polyethylene covering. The geometry remains consistent as the project expands, so growing volume, ventilation, crop routes and central services can be planned as one professional system.
The base greenhouse uses six 9.60 m trusses across 57.60 m, divided into twelve 4.80 m roofs. The 4.50 m longitudinal bay rhythm gives Phase 1 its exact 76.50 m length.
Every roof has a continuous 1,000 mm-deep vent on both sides, shown partially open in the model with visible support and opening arms. Final opening strategy and insect netting depend on the project climate.
The roof frame is represented at 30° and the single PE film plane at 26°. End-wall columns follow every 4.80 m roof, with intermediate side-wall columns at 2.25 m.

The FlowGrow AeroVenlo is the step between a professional connected film greenhouse and a glass-covered Venlo facility. It uses full Venlo geometry, high-quality steel and polyethylene covering for projects that need professional growing volume, continuous roof ventilation and a clearly staged expansion route.
The modular layout lets the production area, central concrete path and service building grow as one operating system. Crop-water systems, hygiene, technical rooms, harvest handling and staffing must be planned for each phase while protecting the route to the complete 18,259.2 m² configuration.
Phased construction reduces the initial covered area, but the shared path, utilities and service infrastructure must be sized deliberately. Structural loads, film specification, ventilation performance, crop value, water continuity and the operator’s technical capability remain project-specific design inputs.
