Information collected
The project estimator asks for project location, greenhouse direction, crop, scale, land and water status, investment band, timing, contact name, business email and organisation.
Why it is used
For greenhouse brochure downloads, we collect your email address, the requested brochure, the request date and your consent to store this request. These details are stored in our protected lead inbox to record and manage brochure requests. Requesting a brochure does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
The information is used to review the enquiry, assess whether DutchAgriTech may be able to help, suggest an appropriate next step and respond to the contact who submitted it. It is not used to make a solely automated legal or financial decision.
Consent and withdrawal
The form requires an affirmative consent before submission. A requester may ask DutchAgriTech to stop contacting them or to review, correct or delete their submitted information, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Storage and access
Submitted records are stored in the website's protected lead database. Access should be limited to people responsible for commercial qualification, technical review and system administration. A final retention schedule and responsible legal entity are launch gates.
Third parties and international work
DutchAgriTech works internationally. Project information should only be shared with delivery or advisory parties when needed for the enquiry, with an appropriate legal basis and safeguards. The public notice will name relevant service-provider categories after the final hosting and CRM configuration is confirmed.
Website measurement
The application prepares non-identifying interaction events such as model comparisons and estimator completion. Analytics or advertising tools must not be activated publicly until their configuration, consent basis and data fields have been reviewed.
Privacy questions
Until the final privacy address is confirmed, use the project enquiry form and state that the message concerns privacy. The final public version will provide a direct privacy contact.
