Project information is used for project evaluation.
DutchAgriTech collects only the information needed to assess an opportunity, improve the website and maintain relevant commercial communication.
Information collected
The qualification form may collect a contact name, business email, organisation, country, region, land position, investment position and the project information voluntarily supplied by the sender.
Privacy-conscious analytics
The website records first-party events such as page views, project CTA clicks, form starts and completed project submissions. It may record the page, referring domain and campaign label. The application analytics do not store an IP address, advertising identifier or cross-site tracking cookie, and browser Do Not Track is respected.
Purpose and handling
Information is used to review project fit, improve relevant content and conversion, identify missing information, prepare a proposed scope and communicate about the opportunity. It is stored in the DutchAgriTech project database and transmitted through FormSubmit solely to deliver an email notification to DutchAgriTech. It is not sold. Access is limited to authorised DutchAgriTech project-development personnel and necessary service providers.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only while relevant to website improvement, project evaluation, commercial follow-up, legal obligations or an active engagement. A sender may request access, correction or deletion through DutchAgriTech’s published business contact channel, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Professional boundary
Submitting information does not create an engineering, advisory, financing or investment engagement. Professional work begins only after written scope acceptance and the applicable advance payment.
