Professional poly greenhouse
The FlowGrow Multi-Span is a professional poly-covered greenhouse for growers ready to expand into vertical crop production before moving to glass. Its connected design combines generous growing height, strong natural ventilation and efficient local assembly in a durable platform that can be expanded as production develops.
Pre-welded trusses reduce on-site assembly compared with conventional bolted poly-greenhouse structures. The covering connects securely at the gutter, continuous ventilation sill and ridge, allowing the roof and window covering to be installed in three controlled sections.
The truss span and crossbeam support suspended crops and a single horizontal screen approximately 5.5 metres above soil level. The high internal air volume helps buffer heat and stabilize the growing climate.
Large continuous ventilation windows maintain strong airflow, including when insect netting is required. Projects can progress from natural ventilation to pad-and-fan cooling, misting or a semi-closed concept using evaporative cooling and air-distribution ducts.

Service-life perspectiveDepending on material specification, climate exposure and maintenance, greenhouse film typically requires replacement during the structure’s lifetime. A properly specified and maintained frame may provide 25–30 years of service. Final lifetime expectations must be confirmed for the project location.
High light transmission, substantial air volume and configurable climate controls create a strong platform for healthy crops, stable production and higher yield potential than simpler protected-cropping structures.

The FlowGrow Multi-Span is intended for professional operators who need connected production space, compact land use and integrated water and climate options. It can support a more controlled crop strategy than separated units, but only where management, maintenance and technical response capacity are ready for a larger connected system.
Connected bays simplify central irrigation, fertigation, crop movement and service infrastructure. Screens, cooling and automated controls may improve season steering when justified by climate and market data. The business case must include trained crop and technical staff, spare parts, alarms, preventive maintenance, sanitation zoning and a packhouse flow sized for peak harvest.
Performance is concentrated. A well-run multi-span can produce from a smaller footprint and use central systems efficiently, while irrigation failure, disease, climate error or delayed maintenance can affect a large share of the crop at once. Compartmentation, backup capacity, response procedures and management competence belong in the design.
