Level 02 · FlowGrow
Professional freestanding poly greenhouse for serious small growers.
System definition
Every technical choice is qualified against location, crop, output, workforce and operating strategy.
Country, site, structural loads, crop, production objective, utilities, local works, installation scope, currency basis, exclusions and validity must be confirmed.
The FlowGrow Single-Span is a professional freestanding film greenhouse for growers who need better height, airflow, crop support and working conditions than a basic tunnel while retaining a relatively independent production unit. It is a practical bridge between distributed tunnels and a connected multi-span operation.
The additional crop-working height and ventilation options can support professional high-wire crops and a longer or more controlled season when the local climate permits. Irrigation, fertigation, screens or assisted cooling should be selected as one system. The operator still needs a clear daily routine for ventilation, irrigation, crop registration, maintenance and harvest logistics.
A single-span concentrates more crop value in one unit than a small tunnel, but remains less interconnected than a large multi-span block. It can balance resilience and control when replication is planned deliberately. Poor ventilation sizing, weak anchoring, unsuitable film, inadequate water treatment or missing crop skills can remove the expected advantage.
Project facts to verify
Site, crop, market and operating evidence determine the final configuration. These questions must be answered before engineering and budget direction become reliable.
Commercial qualification
We will not publish fabricated package prices. Budget guidance becomes meaningful only when its basis, scope and validity are explicit.
Next decision
Review this model against the other greenhouse strategies, then qualify the preferred route with real location, water, crop, market, workforce and investment inputs.
